I gathered the requirements for Enpal's first consumer app, which was recognized by FAZ, one of Germany's leading newspapers, with a nomination for the prestigious "Germany's Best App" award. I started as the first designer and grew the design team to 5 more designers, each contributing their expertise to improve our product, marketing and operations. Together we developed two consumer apps from scratch. Some dashboards for internal users and a responsive website that guides the user from creating their account to uploading pictures of their home to attach the quote for the PV installation. We were also able to increase the number of contract signings for new PV installations by 16% with a redesigned sales pitch.
