This story is about THIS BEN OF BOOKIFY. Ben is a chatbot - a chatbot for a book online store.

The in-person shopping experience is what is missing often when you go shopping online. Mostly the recommendation of online shops are just not good and especially at the beginning they fail by offering the right product to the right person.

Ben is different. Ben helps the users before they leave. By mixing personality tests with books related topics, he comes up to some questions for a personified onboarding experience to offer the right products for the right costumer.

I listed some ideas where I would like to put more focus. The most of them are easy to create technically. The VR/AR/audio option would be extremely outstanding to all other competitors and would be a very big plus for the user. This one is more complicated to do. I am pretty sure it would create a huge marketing effect. A next step could be to generate some data by making user surveys and user interviews.

By using personality tests and mix them with questions of book related topics the company will better understand its costumer already at the early beginning. The costumer will receive tips for books, talks, videos and fairs already very much at the beginning.
The brand will be a center of information and not just for buying books.
